ETC Select The Service Company

ETC Europe appoint The Service Company as their first UK Service Centre

"Our core value is our complete dedication to service." So said Fred Foster, Founder and President of Electronic Theatre Controls, the leading American manufacturer of lanterns and dimming, in a recent interview.

ETC are clearly a company with exacting standards. The Service Company are therefore delighted to have been chosen by ETC Europe as the first Authorised Service Centre for ETC products outside North America.

Since its formation in 1997, The Service Company - a member of the White Light Group of companies - has been providing the highest standard of technical support to those working in lighting for the entertainment industry, servicing existing equipment as well as installing and commissioning new lighting control systems for theatres and television studios.

The new deal will see The Service Company supporting ETC’s entire line of products, including the Obsession and Expression consoles, the Sensor and SmartRack dimmer ranges as well as the ETCNet networking system. It also continues the close working relationship between ETC and White Light, established many years ago when ETC’s consoles were marketed in the UK under the ARRI badge. More recently, White Light supplied the UK’s first Obsession 2 console to the West End hit Chicago.
