Enliten Introduce America to Callisto at LDI '98

Enliten exhibit at LDI '98 in Phoenix, Arizona after enjoying award-winning success at LDI '97.

Callisto Enliten, the specialist architectural lighting company, will be exhibiting at LDI '98 in Phoenix, Arizona from November 13th-15th. Enliten will be using the show to introduce Callisto, their acclaimed weatherproof outdoor profile spot, to the American market.

Launched at PLASA '98, Callisto uses a 150W metal halide bulb with a 9000 hour lamp life, and is available in a range of beam angles from 10 degrees to 55 degrees. The lantern can take gobos and masks; these, combined with the unit's bright, crisp beam, make Callisto ideal for any logo projection, framing or effects work.

As well as its superb functionality, careful consideration was given to the physical design of Callisto. The result is a lantern that is unobtrusive yet attractive, allowing it to be integrated neatly into any lighting scheme. Indeed, one of the first projects to specify Callisto, a design by leading architectural lighting designer Jonathan Speirs, will feature a Callisto attached to every lamp post.

Enliten are hoping that Callisto repeats the success that their first product, the HQI Conversion Kit for the ETC Source Four, enjoyed in America. This was presented at LDI '97 in Las Vegas, and subsequently won a Commendation in the LDI '97 awards and a TCI Product of the Year Award from Theatre Crafts magazine. With a 9000-hour 150W HQI lamp, the HQI Source Four is already in use in a wide range of architectural and retail lighting projects.

LDI '98 runs from November 13th-15th at the Phoenix Civic Plaza, Phoeniz, Arizona; the associated LD Institute courses commence on Monday November 9th. Booking information can be obtained from 001-800-288-8606, or from ETEC Online
