Electric Sun Moves To AFM
AFM acquire Electric Sun, White Light's film and television lighting division

Following approaches from a number of television lighting companies, White Light have sold the assets of Electric Sun, their film and television lighting division, to leading film and television lighting supplier AFM.

Electric Sun have been involved with a wide range of projects in recent years, including the films Woundings, Doomwatch and Beautiful People, projects for the London News Network and Bravo TV and numerous commericals. The company also worked with other members of the White Light Group on events such as the lighting for the first night party of the musical Doctor Dolittle in Hammersmith.

With AFM concentrating on large-scale film and television work (their recent projects have included Star Wars: The Phantom Menace) White Light will continue to look after the photographic and small-scale video markets through their theatre hire desk, working in conjunction with AFM on any larger projects.
