The Service Company continues to grow

The Service Company, the service, maintenance and support arm of the White Light Group, has continued to grow over the last year. With the recently announced re-structuring of Strand Lighting's service arrangements, The Service Company has taken the opportunity to further expand its team of engineers by recruiting Andy Syposz. A Strand service engineer for eighteen years, Andy is familiar with the entire range of Strand control systems, specialising in the famous Galaxy family of consoles. As an independent service provider The Service Company are able to provide system support and service for the whole range of manufacturers. Engineers from The Service Company have recently been involved in the installation and commissioning of Strand Lighting 520 consoles and LD90s and ETC Smart Racks and Sensor dimmers. Antony Bridges, The Service Company's Service Manager, recently commissioned the UK's first ETC Unison architectural dimmer installation several weeks before the product's official launch, working alongside ETC's own engineers. The Service Company also support and repair a wide range of smaller but no less important lighting-related products, including scrollers and smoke machines. The company is the UK Service Agent for both Wybron and Rainbow colour changers as well as Smoke Factory smoke machines. As a member of the White Light Group The Service Company is able to draw on the resources of a much larger company while retaining the efficiency and high quality personal service of a smaller organisation.
